Everyone should join irrespective of whether they have chronic conditions or not. Emergency365 contains information such as Emergency Contacts, it lists all your Family Members and even contains you Medical Aid and Funeral Policy information.

What happens if you or your family are involved in a serious accident? Paramedics can see photos of your family members to identify who they are, contact your Emergency contacts and much more...

First Responders / EMS Chaplains / Doctors can identify members via the Licence Disc sticker or window stickers on your motor vehicle, or they can use your membership card if its in your wallet, purse or handbag.

For children, you can simply attach the membership card to their schoolbags.

We will also be adding a wider range of products such as silicone arm bands and key fob tags soon.

The answer to this is fairly simple. Firstly - the more information that we have about you and your family and their allergies, medications, chronic conditions, previous surgeries etc - the better.

Secondly - the more methods of identification you have - the better. That makes easier for Paramedics to know your are a Emergency365 member.

An example of this may be that you have the car stickers on your car windows, your memberships cards in your wallets, purses, handbags etc, you have key fob tags on your laptop bag, school bags and even wear a silicone arm band.

If Paramedics cannot find any Emergency365 stickers or products, they can still access the Emergency365 system as long as they have your ID number, which they can find on an ID card or Drivers licence.
