1. Using Emergency365

These terms govern your use of Emergency365 services, websites, applications, and related support. By using our services, you agree to use them lawfully and to provide accurate information.

2. Emergency response

Emergency365 services support emergency reporting and response coordination. They do not replace local emergency services, and response availability may depend on location, network access, device status, and third-party responders.

3. Accounts and payments

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for authorised use of your account. Plans, fees, billing periods, and cancellations are governed by the plan selected at signup.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, submit false emergency reports, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access another person’s account or data.

5. Changes and contact
